Employee at Brampton McDonald’s tests positive for COVID-19

An employee at a McDonald’s in Brampton has tested positive for COVID-19.

Today (October 19), an employee at the McDonald’s at 344 Queen Street East informed management they had tested positive for the virus.

The last shift the employee worked was overnight starting at 9 p.m. on October 18 and ending at 5 a.m. on October 19.

U.S. Borders With Canada And Mexico Will Stay Closed Another Month

Any staff who may have come into close contact with the said employee are being instructed to self-quarantine until further information is available.

Additionally, out of an abundance of caution, the decision was made to immediately shut down the restaurant for a thorough cleaning and sanitization by a certified third party.
