Exciting news for Brampton residents — construction is about to begin on a brand-new high-rise rental community that’s bringing hundreds of modern homes to the city’s downtown core.
Located at Church Street and Main Street, just steps from the Brampton GO Station, the upcoming Church & Main project will feature a 35-storey tower with around 400 rental apartments designed for young professionals, families, and long-time locals looking for affordable, connected city living.
The project is being developed by Fengate Asset Management, The Hi-Rise Group, and the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada — all aiming to help ease Brampton’s housing crunch with stylish, attainable homes.
A groundbreaking ceremony is set for Wednesday at 3 p.m. at 122 Main St. N., officially kicking off the build
And there’s more to come — city filings show plans for a second tower, standing over 20 storeys tall, set to join the skyline soon.
Brampton’s downtown is growing fast — and this new community marks another major step in shaping the city’s vibrant urban future.
